Our split level house plan is attached with "my" suggested locations of 2 new split system ACs to be installed hoping they will be sufficient to cool the whole area on the lower floor which is on a split level.

I have been told I need to put an AC in every bedroom downstairs. I am not keen on the idea. Any advice from any experts out there about my proposed plan in the picture would be much appreciated
