How luxurious does a floor need to be? A condominium loft in Manhattan’s famous Soho district has a unique floor that is the epitome of lavish.

A four-bedroom condominium loft in Manhattan’s famous Soho district is up for sale, boasting a number of unique features, not least of which is its one-of-a-kind flooring.Designed by a world renowned fashion designer, the floor of the loft is composed of ‘a one of a kind combination of pulverized mother of pearl and cement finished off in polyurethane’, according to a statement posted in the Nest Seekers international listing.
The unique composition is also used on some of the walls throughout the loft, giving the residence a ‘peaceful and warm atmosphere’.
Other features of the loft include 15 custom closets and a floating tub in the master bedroom. Such luxury does not come cheap, however, with a cool $7,950,000 price tag on the loft.
