Panasonic Australia has introduced its R32 Inverter NX Series splittable ducted air conditioning system, a next-generation solution engineered for the realities of today’s Australian homes.
With a design focused on flexibility and performance, the unit can be separated into three sections for easier transport, handling and installation. This makes it particularly well-suited to tight roof cavities, narrow access points and compact home layouts where traditional ducted systems can be difficult to manoeuvre.
The NX Series brings together robust climate control, advanced air purification and smart connectivity to create a more comfortable, efficient and healthier indoor environment. At its core is Panasonic’s nanoe X Generator Mark 3 technology, which works continuously to purify the air, while IoT-enabled remote access gives home owners complete control over temperature and energy use from their smartphone.
The system’s split chassis design enables simpler installation in challenging ceiling or roof spaces and provides greater versatility for extended duct arrangements. High static pressure capability and large air volume ensure powerful cooling and consistent heating across multiple zones, while discharge air temperature control helps minimise cold drafts during winter operation.
Energy efficiency is supported through flexible zoning, allowing users to heat or cool only the rooms in use and reduce unnecessary energy consumption. Air quality is bolstered by the nanoe X Generator Mark 3, which produces 48 trillion hydroxyl radicals per second to neutralise odours and inhibit bacteria, viruses, mould, allergens and PM2.5 pollutants, delivering faster and more effective purification even in larger areas. Smart operation comes via the CONEX IoT controller and Panasonic Comfort Cloud app, giving home owners the ability to adjust temperature settings, monitor performance and track energy usage from anywhere. The result is a system that blends convenience, comfort and cleaner air in a package designed to meet the evolving expectations of Australian households.
