Christiaan’s launches exotic new Le Cob freestanding bathtub, with translucent glass walls and zen rock garden inspired runoff.
We get to see all kinds of different bathtubs here at BUILD, but occasionally one will just jump out as radically different, unusual and attention-grabbing – and the Christiaan’s Le Cob Freestanding Bathtub certainly falls into that category.
Designed with 19mm glass walls and ergonomically moulded Cameo White Corian, this tub is designed as an homage to Le Corbusier’s famous Chaise Lounge – and its name obviously derives from that of the famous designer/architect himself.
As you’d expect, this bath is designed with luxury and relaxation in mind – and to that end water also trickles audibly over the toe-end into a zen rock garden style bed of pebbles.
