This week the Build team caught up with photographer-come-owner-builder Ralph Alphonso who has built a unique, carbon neutral abode in East Melbourne with the aim of encouraging discussion around sustainable living. What’s more, the four-level building that has a footprint of just five by four meters!

We also take a look at another Building Designers Association of Victoria award winner, alongside some truly wild Japanese architecture. In addition to this, we’ve got some great tips on planning a bathroom re-design and selecting an emergency plumber.
