JELD-WEN has recently announced the launch of its new FLASH showerscreen, designed to provide a semi-frameless shower stall at a more affordable price. While semi-frameless shower screens typically require careful planning and measurement, the new shower screen makes use of overlapping glass panels and a telecoping head and sill so that it can be resized to fit the available space.
This design makes installation considerably easier than it might otherwise be to install a semi-frameless shower, and does away with the need for carbon-intensive aluminium framing – all of which goes towards making the screen affordable.
“The floating head, pivot door, translucent PVC wall jambs, and full height magnetic door seal combined with a contemporary clip system that has no visible screws, fixings or crevices, creates an elegant showerscreen that is fully sealed, looks great in even the most contemporary of bathrooms, and is a sustainably responsible change for the high-volume showerscreen market”, explain Bruce Tosello, Director of Marketing for JELD-WEN Australia.
The FLASH showerscreen is available in two configurations: front and side, and front-only.
