Hi, There are a number of ways to improve the liveability of any dwelling and many won't cost a fortune. However if you have a poorly designed or worse still a poorly built building where the 'walls and ceilings are paper thin' then you could be in for a rude shock as to how much it can cost to rectify. Compliance at the design and construction stage is significantly cheaper than trying to rectify a poorly performing building after all the finishing is done, this is one of the reasons we offer to do inspections for customers whilst construction is underway as well as at handover time, which is called a Handover Defects Inspection and well worth the money getting a trained professional in to ensure your new home is truly going to be a home sweet home.
