The volume of 1000 concrete slabs = 7,865.7 ft^3

As 

1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet

the volume of 1000 Slab in yards = 7,865.7/27 

The volume of 1000 Slab in yards = 291.32 Cubic Yard

Now 

Cost of total 1000 slabs = ($5)(1,000)
